Yael Flusberg is a healer, teacher, coach, writer and activist who created Y Elements: Practices for
Transformation
out of a profound desire to support like-minded folks who are working
to create a more just, healthy, and sustainable world. Through
its integrative
line of creative, strategic, somatic and reflective services, Y
Elements helps leaders and organizations become more of who they're
meant to be.
Yael
has 20 years of experience catalyzing and facilitating organizational
and personal change within diverse communities,
helping to establish priorities, inspire greater balance and
cooperation, develop and leverage key relationships, and
enhance leadership and resources. She has done this as a nonprofit
leader, Board member, organizational founder, volunteer, consultant and
coach, and takes a culturally competant approach to her work.
Yael has a Masters of Science in
International Development Management from the American University’s
School of International Service, is trained in ontological coaching
from the Newfield Network, is a certified teacher registered
with the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200), and a Master Reiki practitioner.
Her first chapbook of poetry,
The Last of My Village, is forthcoming from Poetica. Yael's passion is learning, and she is always adding new
tools to help her serve you better!
